I am really excited about finding your site. A nice therapist/B and B owner in Chestnut Hill turned me onto to Dr. Joe. The video was extremely informative and packed with information about brown fat, which I am sure everyone will be focussing on in a few years...Recently diagnosed with a metabolic disorder, I am pleased to hear that much is in my control and relieved to hear that some is genetics and not all my fault! Dr. Joe's book was great and I highly recommend it.
