View Videos on a Macintosh Computer

We have been in constant contact with the support folks at HelloWorld, the product Dr. Joe uses to create his videos, regarding the trouble Mac users are having view in these video messages. The answer I get from them is, "HelloWorld is designed to be used with Internet Explorer and all other browsers will have issues." We will keep on the situation and encourage a more Mac friendly product.

Safari user, you will have more problems than users of other browsers.

To view videos on a Macintosh computer, please follow the instructions below:

1. Download the Firefox Browser by going to http://www.mozilla.com

OR

2.Download the Flip4mac player at http://www.flip4mac.com and look for the free Windows Media Player for Quicktime.

With these two components, you should be able to view video emails created on HelloWorld or VMdirect.
